Zaim Credit Systems says online operations are growing in ‘double digits month on

Siro Cicconi of PLC () talks to Proactive London about the rapid surge of its online business.

He explains that the online operation now represents largest portion of the Group’s business and is continuing to grow. Cicconi mentions the shift to a more flexible and scalable online operation which has resulted in double digit growth month on month.

With reference to Covid-19, Cocconi says the pandemic accelerated migration of the business model from offline to online having a positive impact on margins due to its comparatively low fixed cost base.
