() said its dividend in respect of the third quarter of 4.00 US cents per share will, for shareholders who have elected to receive their dividends in sterling, be paid an equivalent payment of 2.85p per share. This is based on the 11 March exchange rate of £0.71358 per US dollar. The dividend will be paid on 26 March 2021 to those shareholders on the register on 5 March. 

() announced that it is convening a general meeting of the company’s shareholders at 11.30am on Thursday 8 April 2021, in place of the meeting that had been scheduled to take place on 25 March. The anticipated date of 7 April has been moved back a day because of the Easter bank holidays.
